“good evening good people of the good republic of boston. tonight we will discuss, debate, and decide this year’s question: is it legal to use your ubi to meet needs other than your own?

as always, we’ll first hear opening statements from all three branch heads. then we’ll initiate the random number generator to see which branches getsto make their argument first. from there we will proceed to that branch’s left and hear arguments from the other two branches. we’ll have full audience discussion over dinner and the intermission. finally, we will return, hear closing statements from each branch, and then take the national poll.
